Teams at Shepherds College

Plans and facilitates weekly community experiences for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Builds partnerships with businesses, organizations, churches, and other community groups; coordinates scheduling, communication, transportation, supplies, staff, and volunteers; supports students in applying life, personal development, faith, and job-readiness skills; and evaluates programs with the Campus Director.

Owns and develops Shepherds Ministries and Shepherds College’s storytelling strategy across platforms. Responsibilities include building a story pipeline, conducting interviews, writing magazine features, creating social media campaigns, hosting and growing a podcast, mentoring a student social media team, and collaborating with Admissions, Development, Marketing, and Alumni Relations to expand mission impact.
