Supervise and manage groundskeeping crews and seasonal landscaping projects to maintain lawns, plantings, ponds, water features, trails, and special event installations. Coordinate vendors, schedule preventative maintenance, oversee equipment and supplies, enforce safety and presentation standards, and manage budgets and documentation for grounds operations.

Greet guests, process payments and tickets, manage POS transactions, communicate orders to kitchen and floor staff, maintain a clean counter, upsell specials, assist with to-go orders, handle guest concerns, cross-train between restaurant and dinner theatre, and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
