Supervise and manage groundskeeping crews and seasonal landscaping projects to maintain lawns, plantings, ponds, water features, trails, and special event installations. Coordinate vendors, schedule preventative maintenance, oversee equipment and supplies, enforce safety and presentation standards, and manage budgets and documentation for grounds operations.

Serve as main office communication hub: answer phones, manage mail, assist with accounts receivable and ticketing/reservations, handle guest inquiries and complaints, de-escalate issues, and support multiple departments and supervisors.

Produce print and digital marketing materials, maintain and update websites, run email and social media campaigns, manage PR and community outreach, handle photography/video editing, distribute promotional materials locally, and track campaign performance to drive attendance and brand awareness.
