Serves as the primary client contact for trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Plans and coordinates event services, floor plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, graphics, structures, exhibitor manuals, billing, and onsite delivery. Maintains client relationships, supports event operations, identifies service improvements, and partners with sales on rebookings and contract expansion. Requires strong organization, communication, project management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise end-to-end graphics production for trade shows and events: recruit and train staff, enforce SOPs, prepare and adjust files for printing, manage inventory and manifests, track production in Salesforce, order materials, maintain equipment, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery while providing customer-facing communications.
