Own marketing performance analytics across paid, affiliate, influencer, and CRM channels. Develop attribution frameworks, analyze customer journeys and subscription metrics, build Tableau dashboards, and create scalable dbt data models. Use SQL, Python, or R for cohort analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and marketing mix modeling. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and collaborate across marketing, product, medical, finance, and data teams.

Own SheMed’s end-to-end retention strategy, including onboarding, renewal, churn reduction, experimentation, lifecycle messaging, and member engagement. Build and lead a retention team, establish testing infrastructure and prioritization processes, partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Clinical, CRM, Support, and Data, and oversee retention metrics such as churn, LTV, cohort retention, and forecasting. Translate member feedback and analytics into initiatives and report performance to leadership.
