Duties include intake and psychosocial assessments, housing plans, client outreach, documentation in VESTA, transportation, rapid rehousing support, veteran dorm management, and coordination with VA workgroups and justice-center outreach. Requires flexible availability, driving clients in a personal vehicle, and collaboration with community service programs.
