Assist claims process by handling claims and supporting Claims Adjusters. Provide customer service, maintain confidential information, and use Microsoft Office. Work 25–28 hours/week (weekday flexibility). Must be a full-time college sophomore or junior and be available August through December.

Part-time, entry-level position supporting the claims process by assisting Claims Adjusters, handling claims tasks, communicating with customers, maintaining confidential information, and coordinating schedules between school and Shelter from August through December.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for alternate channels (AmShield, Haulers) including claims, underwriting, operations, data/insights, and supporting technology. Drive profitability, operational effectiveness, compliance, customer service, and growth through cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution.
