Review, analyze, and process advertising and agency invoices; communicate with agents, media reps, and billing agencies to reconcile discrepancies, obtain documentation, approve corporate payments, and initiate co-op deductions.

Plan and secure domestic and international travel and meeting arrangements for employees and field teams. Serve as frontline travel agent using Sabre GDS, manage records, negotiate hotel and conference contracts, coordinate the company plane, support catastrophe team travel needs, perform clerical/accounting recordkeeping, and fill in for the Manager of Corporate Travel when absent.

Assist claims process by handling claims and supporting Claims Adjusters. Provide customer service, maintain confidential information, and use Microsoft Office. Work 25–28 hours/week (weekday flexibility). Must be a full-time college sophomore or junior and be available August through December.
