Coordinates end-to-end recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and candidate communication. Maintains HRIS records, personnel files, employee changes, reporting, and compliance documentation. Partners with hiring managers, supports orientations and trainings, tracks recruiting metrics, and contributes to employee engagement and other People & Culture initiatives.

Leads homelessness prevention, emergency shelter, and rapid rehousing programs serving families with children. Supervises case managers and support staff, oversees service delivery, workflows, intake, documentation, compliance, HMIS data quality, funding, and crisis response. Develops staff through coaching and training, supports program evaluation and continuous improvement, resolves client grievances, and represents the agency with community partners. Participates in on-call coverage and may work evenings or weekends as needed.

Provides weekend remote crisis hotline coverage for domestic and sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking callers. Conducts shelter eligibility screenings, assesses imminent danger, delivers trauma-informed crisis intervention, emotional support, advocacy, safety planning, education, and referrals. Documents calls confidentially, coordinates with shelter staff and community agencies, follows agency procedures, attends supervision and training, and communicates with supervisors regarding shift coverage and challenging calls.
