Provide crisis intervention and intensive case management for 6-10 households fleeing domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, or human trafficking. Assess client needs, create safety plans, coordinate services and referrals, accompany clients to court and appointments, maintain accurate records and data, provide domestic violence education, and support clients' transition out of shelter.

Provide trauma-informed, empathetic crisis intervention and safety planning on a 24-hour domestic violence hotline; assess shelter eligibility, document calls in digital systems, make community referrals, coordinate with shelter staff, and maintain confidentiality while covering scheduled on-call shifts (days, evenings, weekends, overnights, holidays).

Manage a caseload of ~18–20 families at risk of homelessness, provide trauma-informed housing-first case management, assessments, referrals, financial coaching, landlord mediation, documentation in HMIS, coordinate wrap-around services, and support clients toward long-term housing stability.

Supervise and coach Rapid Rehousing case managers serving victims of domestic violence and related populations; ensure HUD/VAWA compliance and accurate VADATA reporting; develop community partnerships and oversee program initiatives. Provide a reduced caseload of direct services including assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, housing search and placement, landlord negotiation, rental assistance coordination, budgeting support, documentation, and court accompaniment using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.

Oversee daily operations of Kennedy Emergency Shelter and related programs (Hypothermia, Drop-In, Outreach, Kitchen, Maintenance). Lead staff, ensure compliance with regulations and HMIS, manage budgets and reporting, coordinate crisis response and community partnerships, and represent Shelter House at meetings and events.
