Leads Shelter House’s integrated marketing and communications strategy, including brand management, content creation, storytelling, website and social media oversight, email campaigns, media relations, fundraising communications, event promotion, executive communications, and performance analytics. The role coordinates vendors and cross-department stakeholders while communicating about homelessness and domestic violence with discretion and a trauma-informed approach.

Oversee daily residential shelter operations, supervise and schedule staff, manage facilities, safety, vehicles, inventories, documentation, budgets, and compliance. Provide direct client support, coordinate emergency and on-call responses, facilitate staff training, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure safe, trauma-informed services. The role also includes maintenance coordination, inspections, cleaning and unit turnover, donation and volunteer support, and occasional evening work.
