The role requires managing and growing a portable book of business while collaborating across practice groups and delivering strategic intellectual property legal services.

Manages the firm’s electronic discovery and litigation support services, including document-intensive litigation projects, review teams, software administration, workflow maintenance, training, exhibit accuracy, budgets, and project milestones. Serves as an eDiscovery subject matter expert, troubleshoots technical issues, develops procedures, collaborates with attorneys, clients, vendors, and outside counsel, and stays current with eDiscovery technology and court rules.

Supports attorneys and clients throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, including collection, preservation, processing, review, indexing, and production of electronically stored information. Uses Reveal to manage document productions, supports litigation technology, maintains secure and defensible workflows, coordinates multiple matters and deadlines, and identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement.
