The Senior Benefits Analyst administers employee benefits, audits enrollment and payroll data, manages 401(k) contributions and vendor relationships, supports open enrollment, compliance filings, plan audits, and employee inquiries. The role partners with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, test system changes, maintain data integrity, and create benefits communications and educational materials.

Own complex recruiting searches for mission-critical construction projects, including data centers and technically complex facilities. Partner with senior leaders, develop sourcing strategies, engage and assess passive candidates, provide market intelligence, lead offer negotiations, and drive hiring decisions. The role also requires mentoring recruiting colleagues and improving recruiting tools, processes, and practices.

Manages HR business partnering for the mission-critical and data center construction team. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition partnership, onboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, compensation administration, training, and organizational development. The role advises employees and leaders, handles complex remote employee relations matters, develops HR initiatives, and ensures legal and policy compliance while supporting business goals.

Supports leaders and employees across the New York region through employee relations, investigations, hiring, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and employment compliance. Advises managers, maintains employee data in Workday, coaches leaders, implements HR programs, reviews workforce trends, and supports employees across offices, jobsites, and remote locations.

Supports project financials from setup through closeout by entering budgets, cost codes, rate tables, financial data, and project updates. Prepares billing and audit documentation, assists with monthly reporting and WIP reports, customizes financial reports, processes write-offs, and provides subcontractor reporting. Responds to financial inquiries while maintaining data accuracy and collaborating with project and finance teams.

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and data visualizations. Manages finance systems, supports integrations and upgrades, improves data flows and reporting workflows, and identifies AI-enabled automation opportunities. Ensures financial data accuracy, supports system training, coordinates budgeting and forecasting submissions, and collaborates with IT, accounting, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights.

Supports construction project pursuits, preparation, scheduling, reporting, and risk management across the New York region. Develops bid schedules, project baselines, logistics plans, monthly schedule narratives, recovery plans, and regional performance reporting. Collaborates with estimating, project management, field operations, and stakeholders to monitor critical paths, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedule impacts. Coaches construction staff and audits schedules for contractual and industry compliance.

Administer and optimize Workday across Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Advanced Compensation. Configure business processes, rules, reports, security, and data management; support implementations, testing, migrations, releases, integrations, and module deployments. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshoot issues, conduct data audits, and improve HR processes while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors.

Supports corporate FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, financial modeling, and dashboard development. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and regional teams to improve data integration, quality, and reporting. Automates recurring processes using finance systems and AI-enabled solutions, manages finance transformation projects, supports system upgrades, and develops scalable analytical tools for leadership decision-making.
