The Senior Benefits Analyst administers employee benefits, audits enrollment and payroll data, manages 401(k) contributions and vendor relationships, supports open enrollment, compliance filings, plan audits, and employee inquiries. The role partners with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, test system changes, maintain data integrity, and create benefits communications and educational materials.

Own complex recruiting searches for mission-critical construction projects, including data centers and technically complex facilities. Partner with senior leaders, develop sourcing strategies, engage and assess passive candidates, provide market intelligence, lead offer negotiations, and drive hiring decisions. The role also requires mentoring recruiting colleagues and improving recruiting tools, processes, and practices.

Manages HR business partnering for the mission-critical and data center construction team. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition partnership, onboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, compensation administration, training, and organizational development. The role advises employees and leaders, handles complex remote employee relations matters, develops HR initiatives, and ensures legal and policy compliance while supporting business goals.
