Provides administrative and coordination support to Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. Maintains project boards, schedules, milestones, documentation, dashboards, and reporting in Monday.com. Assists with project setup, kickoff and closeout activities, change orders, invoicing, audits, and team onboarding. Ensures accurate project data, standardized workflows, organized records, and timely escalation of deadlines or dependencies.

Lead electrical design, automation programming, controls integration, contractor coordination, installation testing, commissioning, and field support for food and beverage processing projects. Develop schematics, panel layouts, power distribution systems, PLC/HMI/SCADA programs, control narratives, I/O lists, and functional descriptions. Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety, and quality requirements while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and integrators. Travel to client sites for commissioning and installation support.

Design, specify, and commission sanitary fluid process systems for food & beverage clients. Develop PFDs/P&IDs, size equipment, prepare RFQs, coordinate vendors, support installation/start-up, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory and sanitary compliance.

Design, specify, and support industrial mechanical utility systems (boilers, steam, hydronic, glycol cooling) from concept through commissioning. Perform load and heat-transfer calculations, prepare PFDs/P&IDs, select equipment, review vendor submittals, support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with ASME/NFPA and industry standards.

Develop detailed 2D/3D Revit and AutoCAD models, piping layouts, and construction drawings for food and beverage processing facilities; coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams; support site verification, design reviews, and continuous improvement of drawing standards.
