Design, specify, and commission sanitary fluid process systems for food & beverage clients. Develop PFDs/P&IDs, size equipment, prepare RFQs, coordinate vendors, support installation/start-up, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory and sanitary compliance.

Design, specify, and support industrial mechanical utility systems (boilers, steam, hydronic, glycol cooling) from concept through commissioning. Perform load and heat-transfer calculations, prepare PFDs/P&IDs, select equipment, review vendor submittals, support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with ASME/NFPA and industry standards.
