Serve as the primary Salesforce technical lead for Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud; design scalable architecture, manage configurations and automations (Flows), oversee integrations and data migrations (including AWS integrations), maintain data integrity and backups, build reports/dashboards, create documentation and data dictionaries, and drive system improvements while supporting internal and external users.

Lead organic social media content strategy and execution for Share Our Strength and No Kid Hungry across major platforms. Oversee channel voice, short-form video production, creator partnerships, analytics-driven optimization, and rapid-response social coverage. Manage vendor-supported content teams and ensure inclusive, mission-aligned storytelling that drives engagement and campaign impact.

Lead social media community engagement strategy, manage real-time responses and high-volume comments/DMs, coordinate vendor community team, serve as on-camera brand voice and support event coverage, analyze audience sentiment and report insights to inform communications, fundraising, and program teams.
