Manages the Mayors Alliance to End Childhood Hunger, including member onboarding, communications, events, policy meetings, and engagement. Supports local government relations strategy by tracking elections and policy trends, building relationships with elected officials and associations, and advancing policy change. Represents the organization at conferences and policymaker meetings while coordinating partnerships and multiple projects. Travel may be up to 30%.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Finance Department, including executive scheduling, meeting coordination, document and policy management, audit support, travel logistics, committee minutes, chart of accounts maintenance, payroll and accounts payable assistance, corporate card administration, donor inquiries, and finance communications. The role also maintains shared systems and resources, coordinates deadlines, supports projects, and assists with on-site office logistics.

Develops written and visual communications translating complex policy, legislative, research, and program data into compelling content for policymakers, advocates, partners, practitioners, and media. Creates testimony, talking points, toolkits, presentations, reports, digital content, and campaign resources; identifies effective stories and data visualizations; maintains messaging resources; and collaborates across communications, marketing, design, and creative teams.

Lead national talent partnerships strategy to secure and steward celebrity and influencer engagement. Build entertainment industry relationships, design high-touch activations and fundraising models, oversee talent processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and supervise the Manager of Talent Partnerships to drive visibility and support for No Kid Hungry.

Lead prospect research and wealth screening to strengthen donor pipelines. Produce donor briefs, relationship maps, and prospect identification. Partner with gift officers to prioritize prospects, ensure CRM data quality, train staff on moves management, and support data-driven fundraising strategy.
