Lead national talent partnerships strategy to secure and steward celebrity and influencer engagement. Build entertainment industry relationships, design high-touch activations and fundraising models, oversee talent processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and supervise the Manager of Talent Partnerships to drive visibility and support for No Kid Hungry.

Lead prospect research and wealth screening to strengthen donor pipelines. Produce donor briefs, relationship maps, and prospect identification. Partner with gift officers to prioritize prospects, ensure CRM data quality, train staff on moves management, and support data-driven fundraising strategy.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department, including calendar and meeting coordination, document management, travel and mail logistics, minute-taking, Chart of Accounts maintenance, payroll and accounts payable support, donor and revenue operations assistance, and upkeep of Finance resources on StrengthNet, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
