Teams at Shape Technologies Group

Work with customers and sales to develop proposals: create 2D/3D system concepts, generate cost estimates, finalize concepts, produce quotes with drawings/specs, perform occasional site visits, and stay current on relevant technologies.

Develop and maintain production plans for product families, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, release work orders, prioritize shop dispatch, monitor inventory and capacity, support continuous improvement, follow ISO 9001 procedures, and communicate schedules across departments.

Support marketing and sales by executing social media strategy, creating digital content, managing inbound leads and CRM data, coordinating with sales to route and nurture leads, and tracking engagement and conversion metrics to grow pipeline.
