Lead site P&L and end-to-end manufacturing performance—safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity. Act as senior site leader, drive operational stability using daily management systems and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM), prioritize capital, solve cross-functional constraints, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

Proactively prospect, reconnect with dormant leads, and qualify inbound interest to build pipeline. Research accounts, engage prospects via calls and email, support in-person demos at the Customer Technology Center, collaborate with sales for handoffs, and track outreach activity to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision parts from engineering drawings. Perform tooling selection, machine adjustments, in-process and final inspections, troubleshoot issues, maintain safety and QMS/ISO quality standards, and collaborate with engineers and production staff.
