Leads accounting operations for a manufacturing facility, overseeing general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, audits, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. Manages and develops the accounting team while driving process improvements, automation, and technology adoption. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, accounting systems expertise, leadership ability, and manufacturing or public accounting experience.

Supports direct sales and distributor partners across the Northwest U.S. region. Responsibilities include sales presentations, technical product demonstrations, prospect outreach, needs assessments, sample cutting, ROI analysis, customer visits, application support, and relationship management. The representative also provides market intelligence and may assist with site readiness and service recommendations. Frequent travel, including occasional extended trips, is required.

The Regional Business Manager drives sales of capital equipment, aftermarket services, and support across the Northwest U.S. region. Responsibilities include managing national accounts, dealers, agents, and channel partners; building customer relationships; identifying growth opportunities; delivering value-based presentations; forecasting sales; reporting market intelligence; and supporting partner and sales representative training. The role requires frequent regional travel, independent judgment, technical and business acumen, and the ability to translate complex solutions into customer value.
