Leads accounting operations for a manufacturing facility, overseeing general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, audits, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. Manages and develops the accounting team while driving process improvements, automation, and technology adoption. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, accounting systems expertise, leadership ability, and manufacturing or public accounting experience.

Sets up and operates conventional and CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal and non-metal components. Reviews blueprints, selects tooling and fixtures, adjusts machine settings, monitors production, troubleshoots issues, and performs in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments. Collaborates with engineering and production teams, follows QMS, ISO, safety, and quality procedures, and maintains an organized work area.

Owns sales targets, revenue, and gross margin across Eastern Europe. Develops new business, manages customers, expands sales networks and agents, negotiates commercial agreements, advises customers on cutting technologies, trains sales partners, analyzes sales performance, and reports strategic insights to senior management. The role requires extensive regional customer travel and fluency in Czech, Russian, and English.
