Lead manufacturing engineering efforts to optimize CNC machining and assembly processes, liaise with Engineering and Purchasing, define process routes and SOPs, drive continuous improvement, conduct machine capability and workflow studies, approve engineering changes, prepare process reports, support shop-floor problem solving, and manage tooling and cost-reduction projects.

The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding customer networks, managing existing clients, providing product advice, and reporting insights to management.

Lead site quality functions including QA/QC, incoming and supplier quality, and customer quality. Maintain and improve the QMS and ISO readiness, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor quality metrics, support new product introductions and validation, partner with operations/engineering/supply chain, and coach site quality personnel to improve performance and reduce defects.
