Develops new automotive products and engineering changes, including component and system-level designs, design verification, and manufacturing-process application. Represents engineering on customer vehicle teams, interprets customer requirements, communicates design outputs, and coordinates with internal and external customers to meet development timelines. Requires engineering fundamentals, vehicle packaging, DFMEA, PPAP, and strong communication skills.

Supports and improves manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems through lean manufacturing, troubleshooting, data analysis, process design, and continuous improvement.
