Manage cross-functional automotive programs from product realization through launch. Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, timelines, risks, engineering changes, tooling, phase-gate reviews, APQP activities, customer communication, and production readiness. Supervise and develop engineering staff, coordinate suppliers and global teams, report program status, and ensure customer requirements and milestones are achieved.

Entry-level rotational engineering program for recent graduates. Participants rotate across cross-functional teams before moving into product development engineering, supporting customer requirements, CAD and CAE activities, design verification, DFM, GD&T, prototypes, testing, supplier coordination, APQP, and production launches. The role serves as an engineering liaison among customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and internal design and analysis groups.
