Build and maintain production LLM systems: design agentic multi-step workflows (LangChain/LangGraph), manage RAG pipelines (parsing, embeddings, vector DBs), develop and version prompts, implement evaluation frameworks for hallucination and grounding, and apply CI/CD, testing, logging, and observability. Work closely with AI and engineering leadership in a hybrid Barcelona role requiring English and Spanish fluency.

Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines using S3 (parquet, Iceberg), Airbyte, Airflow, and cloud platforms. Create and maintain data models in Snowflake/Looker/Cube/dbt, write efficient SQL, apply software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, testing), and collaborate with product, visualization, and data science teams to deliver analysis-ready data.

Manage full accounting cycle for Spain and US entities, handle intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, support consolidation in multi-currency environment, execute month-end/year-end close, prepare financial statements and tax/VAT filings, maintain bank and fixed asset reconciliations, support audits, and improve accounting processes and ERP systems.

Lead accounting and admin (2 FTE) to scale finance from €10M to €30M ARR. Own AP/AR, month‑end close, consolidation across Spain and US, cash management, audits, tax/compliance, FP&A and SaaS reporting. Implement ERP and automation, build controls, hire and mentor the finance team, and partner with HR and external advisors on payroll, transfer pricing, and legal filings.
