Lead backend engineering across multiple products, own technology and architecture decisions, manage an existing engineer, and remain hands-on. Build unified engineering standards, processes, and frameworks; translate stakeholder needs into technical roadmaps; and integrate AI-powered workflow automation into products. The role combines people management, product collaboration, backend development, and technical leadership across a growing product portfolio.

Build and maintain production LLM systems: design agentic multi-step workflows (LangChain/LangGraph), manage RAG pipelines (parsing, embeddings, vector DBs), develop and version prompts, implement evaluation frameworks for hallucination and grounding, and apply CI/CD, testing, logging, and observability. Work closely with AI and engineering leadership in a hybrid Barcelona role requiring English and Spanish fluency.

Manage full accounting cycle for Spain and US entities, handle intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, support consolidation in multi-currency environment, execute month-end/year-end close, prepare financial statements and tax/VAT filings, maintain bank and fixed asset reconciliations, support audits, and improve accounting processes and ERP systems.
