Develop scalable impact measurement and advanced analytics solutions for e-commerce data. Analyze pricing, availability, search, retail media, and sales data using causal inference, experimentation, and statistical methods. Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering to integrate models into the platform. Communicate findings clearly to business teams and clients, validate results, and mentor less experienced data scientists.

Provide hardware, software, network, office technology, and user support across Windows and macOS environments. Manage company assets, IT policies, business tools, Microsoft and Google platforms, single sign-on, domains, and technical documentation. Support ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance activities, including security and personnel training. Improve workplace productivity and user experience while assisting with office network management and IT administration.

Own the lifecycle of production machine learning systems, including deployment, monitoring, refactoring, testing, versioning, and CI/CD. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to establish reliable interfaces and data flows. Provide technical guidance, review code, and promote scalable, maintainable engineering practices while productionizing models from notebooks.
