Leads training and coaching for team members and managers across assigned hospitality locations. Responsibilities include onboarding, new store opening preparation, manager training, limited-time offering execution, trainer development, license and international training support, field visits, operational feedback, and company initiative implementation. Partners with field operations and area directors to improve retention, productivity, people planning, and management development.

Provide regional HR support focused on employee relations, investigations, wage-and-hour compliance, ADA accommodations, HRIS/payroll coordination, audits, manager guidance, and training across multiple states to mitigate human capital risk.

Lead operational performance across 3–6 markets, drive profitability, ensure SOP and legal compliance, develop and place leaders, manage start-up and R&M budgets, coordinate regional communication, and partner with marketing and recruiting to grow traffic and talent.
