Lead operational performance across 3–6 markets, drive profitability, ensure SOP and legal compliance, develop and place leaders, manage start-up and R&M budgets, coordinate regional communication, and partner with marketing and recruiting to grow traffic and talent.

Lead Workday HCM administration and HR technology optimization. Design and configure solutions, build reports and dashboards, analyze data flows, troubleshoot and support HR users, manage testing and deployments, and assist with Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes including Open Enrollment.
