Support influencer division by mentoring coordinators, assisting managers, creating target and gifting lists, drafting briefs/contracts/reports, managing organic influencer programs, tracking deadlines, communicating internally, and building 4-5 lasting influencer relationships to drive client results.

Lead strategic influencer initiatives, manage influencer and celebrity relationships, negotiate contracts, create budgets and documentation, analyze influencer data to measure campaign success, mentor junior staff, and drive creative, results-oriented campaigns while ensuring protocol adherence and timely communication.

The Art Director will manage campaigns, create visual assets for clients, ensure brand identity, and oversee design projects while collaborating effectively with teams.

The Associate Creative Director (Copy) leads the ideation and development of culturally relevant campaign concepts and oversees copy across various platforms, managing a team of copywriters and maintaining client relationships.
