The Art Director will manage campaigns, create visual assets for clients, ensure brand identity, and oversee design projects while collaborating effectively with teams.

Manage creative, campaign, and production projects end-to-end: create timelines and trackers, monitor project health, run status meetings, liaise with clients and cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, QA deliverables, implement PM best practices, and mentor Associate Project Managers.

Lead creative projects from concept through production across brand, digital, experiential, environmental, and presentation design. Create visual systems, identities, campaigns, and production-ready assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; mentor junior designers and maintain high standards of craft and execution.

Lead development and execution of social media strategies for agency and clients. Create content calendars and copy across platforms, manage agency social presence, coordinate asset delivery and productions, develop creative briefs and oversee content creation, perform social video editing coordination, and compile monthly analytics reports with actionable insights. Serve as primary client liaison and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize engagement and follower growth.
