Supports data privacy strategy, personal data transfers, privacy compliance, investigations, legal training, policy development, and licensing for regulated services.

Provides front-desk and administrative support for clients, visitors, suppliers, and employees. Manages mail, couriers, sample logistics, records, archives, office supplies, vendors, facilities, purchasing, invoices, petty cash, meetings, events, equipment, and operational reports. Coordinates with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and business units while ensuring compliance with company procedures and accurate documentation.

Develops B2B sales opportunities for SGS testing and certification services across electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include customer visits, solution presentations, quotations, negotiations, proposals, CRM pipeline management, account growth, cross-selling, and collaboration with technical and laboratory teams. Monitors market and competitor activity while building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
