Support pharmaceutical and biotech clients by converting enquiries into projects: prepare technical quotations, coordinate with virology/molecular biology/electron microscopy teams, join client meetings, manage opportunities in Salesforce, support sales forecasting, and build strong customer relationships while developing regulatory and industry knowledge.

Conduct microbiological analyses per compendia and client procedures, prepare media/reagents, practice aseptic technique, maintain records and LIMS, perform QA tasks, mentor new staff, and ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP/ISO standards.
