The Business Manager will lead the Business Assurance Training portfolio, drive growth, oversee operations, and manage client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop laboratory applications (primarily C# with WPF/WinForms). Implement SDLC practices, integrate software with lab hardware, troubleshoot software/hardware interfaces, produce documentation and QA/test plans, support deployments and end users, and lead projects or mentor team members. On-site at Farmingdale, NY at least two days per week.
