Maintains and secures IT infrastructure across 13 locations, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity systems, endpoints, networks, servers, virtualization, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity tools. Automates administration with PowerShell, monitors systems, troubleshoots connectivity, manages change processes, maintains documentation, and supports incident response. The role also coordinates with vendors and provides hands-on support across sites, requiring occasional travel.

Leads branch sales and customer service functions, drives revenue growth, manages key accounts and RFPs, negotiates contracts and pricing, and develops the sales team. Oversees forecasting, pipeline management, customer satisfaction, sales processes, performance reviews, succession planning, and strategic growth initiatives while collaborating with Operations and Finance. The role is on-site in Delta, British Columbia, and requires a valid Class 5 driver's license and travel.

Manages assigned product categories across purchasing and merchandising, balancing availability, supplier performance, costs, margins, assortment, inventory, and customer needs. Responsibilities include category strategy, SKU management, supplier negotiations, purchasing, product data maintenance, ERP updates, performance analysis, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, e-Commerce, Operations, Finance, and branch teams.
