Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept testing, competitive analysis, and workshops. Analyze research data to identify user needs and pain points, create deliverables such as personas and journey maps, and present actionable recommendations. Manage the end-to-end research process, maintain a research repository, and collaborate with designers, developers, stakeholders, and customers to promote user-centered design.

Conduct onsite risk and safety assessments for policyholders, recommend controls to reduce workplace injuries and losses, interpret OSHA/ANSI standards, deliver training and reports, support large/complex workers' compensation accounts, mentor team members, and provide high-quality customer service while collaborating with internal teams and agents.

Lead design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. Ensure network security and resiliency, mentor team members, support audits/pen tests, manage VoIP and cloud networking, and lead projects to improve performance and compliance.

Manage and maintain enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and vendor risk programs. Administer GRC and related platforms, track multi-state regulatory deadlines, build metrics and Board-level reporting, coordinate vendor reviews and remediation, and support risk assessments, training, and process improvements.
