Provide vocational rehabilitation and case management services for injured workers: evaluate clients, coordinate medical care and return-to-work plans, complete required reports and state forms, perform vocational testing and labor market research, and collaborate with stakeholders to remove barriers to successful work reintegration.

Conduct annual workers' compensation premium audits by reviewing payroll and business records, verifying classification codes, reconciling premiums, applying applicable rules (MWCIA/NCCI/WCRB), communicating results to policyholders and agents, processing audit entries, handling disputes, and providing customer service in a hybrid office/remote environment.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will oversee financial planning, manage budgeting processes, provide insights for decision-making, and improve financial performance across the organization.
