Conduct workers’ compensation insurance premium audits by reviewing payroll, financial, contract, and business records. Reconcile reported payroll, determine classification codes and subcontractor exposure, calculate final premiums, document results, and enter audit data. Communicate findings with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and internal teams; respond to billing inquiries and manage disputes while following applicable regulations and company procedures.

Conduct risk assessments, analyze environmental and occupational safety exposures, and recommend controls to reduce workplace injuries and losses. Deliver safety education and training to policyholders, prepare reports, collaborate with internal teams, and provide customer service. The role involves visiting varied business environments, including manufacturing and construction sites, traveling throughout Indiana, and mentoring team members. Candidates need safety or risk-management experience, regulatory knowledge, presentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for occasional overnight stays.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept testing, competitive analysis, and workshops. Analyze research data to identify user needs and pain points, create deliverables such as personas and journey maps, and present actionable recommendations. Manage the end-to-end research process, maintain a research repository, and collaborate with designers, developers, stakeholders, and customers to promote user-centered design.
