Conduct complex workers’ compensation premium audits for midmarket and large policyholders. Review payroll and financial records, determine exposures and classifications, calculate accurate premiums, prepare audit reports, explain findings, resolve disputes, and communicate with policyholders and agents. The role also involves research, special projects, customer service, and adherence to NCCI, MWCIA, WCRB, state, and company audit requirements.

Conduct workers’ compensation insurance premium audits by reviewing payroll, financial, contract, and business records. Reconcile reported payroll, determine classification codes and subcontractor exposure, calculate final premiums, document results, and enter audit data. Communicate findings with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and internal teams; respond to billing inquiries and manage disputes while following applicable regulations and company procedures.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept testing, competitive analysis, and workshops. Analyze research data to identify user needs and pain points, create deliverables such as personas and journey maps, and present actionable recommendations. Manage the end-to-end research process, maintain a research repository, and collaborate with designers, developers, stakeholders, and customers to promote user-centered design.
