Provides senior-level financial advice to executives, committees, boards, and government stakeholders; develops finance business partnering; oversees systems and processes; manages teams and change; and supports long-term financial sustainability and public-fund accountability.

Lead SFC’s data architecture function by defining enterprise and domain data models, architecture principles, standards, governance, and design assurance. Provide technical leadership on cloud data platforms, integration, interoperability, metadata, lineage, and master data. Advise senior stakeholders, manage architectural risks and technical debt, build consensus across teams, and coach colleagues to improve data architecture capability and adoption.

Supports digital transformation by researching operations, gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, improving processes, and helping implement automated workflows and reporting solutions. The role collaborates with stakeholders, IT, and project managers; develops project documentation, tracks KPIs, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements aligned with strategic goals.
