Develop and implement funding allocation policies and implementation strategies for tertiary education, working with analysts, sector stakeholders, Scottish Government and SFC leadership to design, communicate, monitor and refine college and university funding models.

Lead SFC's external work on equality and student mental health, manage strategic partnership with the EHRC, oversee National Equality Outcomes delivery and assurance, develop thematic reports, manage stakeholder relationships, represent SFC externally, prepare briefings and reports, and line-manage a National Equality Outcome Co-ordinator.
