Leads firmware architecture and development for humanoid robot controllers, actuators, and dexterous hands. Develops C/C++ RTOS firmware, peripheral drivers, communication interfaces, motor-control loops, diagnostics, bootloaders, and firmware updates. Designs and validates mechanical systems by creating 3D models and engineering drawings, applying GD&T and tolerance analysis, supporting material selection and manufacturability, performing engineering calculations, and assisting with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and design documentation. Collaborates with senior engineers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional partners throughout product development.

Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ firmware for humanoid robot controllers, joint actuators, and dexterous hands. Build peripheral drivers, RTOS applications, communication systems, control loops, diagnostics, bootloaders, and firmware updates. Support board bring-up, hardware validation, debugging, calibration, regression testing, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Collaborate with controls and software teams on interfaces, SDK integration, code reviews, documentation, and releases.

Lead mechanical component and assembly design from concept through production. Perform ANSYS FEA, create CATIA or equivalent CAD models and drawings, conduct tolerance and materials analysis, validate designs through testing, lead prototypes and design reviews, resolve root causes, coordinate with suppliers, manage engineering changes, and mentor junior engineers.
