Graduate consultants support customer-facing estates, property, sustainability, and project management commissions for public-sector clients. They analyze data, monitor progress, identify risks, conduct research, present findings, coordinate multiple projects, and collaborate across teams. The role offers broad exposure to consultancy disciplines before potential specialization in project management, construction, real estate, or sustainability.

Provide short-term work experience in estate and built-environment consultancy, supporting project work, data analysis, business case development, and operational management while learning professional consultancy skills.

Parallel offers short work experience placements to develop employability skills and introduce candidates to careers in interactive mapping, data visualisation, and bespoke software development. Applicants must submit a CV and complete a short application stating their goals and preferred role. Support is available from the People Team for applicants needing help.

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including invoice processing, credit control, cash book reconciliation, accruals, prepayments, and support for management and statutory accounts. Assist with VAT returns, cashflow preparation, reporting, and wider Group finance coverage. The role requires strong organization, communication, commercial awareness, customer service, teamwork, Microsoft Office skills, and a full UK driving licence with access to own transport.
