Manage end-to-end business development for a SaaS product: identify and qualify prospects, run discovery conversations, develop tailored proposals and demos, negotiate terms, maintain pipeline in CRM, feed market intelligence to product and CEO, and support marketing delivery and event representation.

On-site facilities officer/caretaker responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, porterage, cleaning, utility monitoring, health and safety, fire system management, supervising subcontractors, hydrotherapy pool operation, key-holder duties, and liaising with school leadership to ensure building safety and service standards.

Rotate across Customer Care, Commercial, Business Systems (CAFM) and Operations. Shadow teams, attend training, perform administrative tasks, visit client sites and support mobile engineers while developing FM knowledge and management capability.
