Perform planned and reactive gas, plumbing and mechanical maintenance across commercial properties. Service and repair boilers, heating, DHW, controls and associated equipment, liaise with contractors, prepare quotations, maintain safety and compliance, and participate in an on-call rota. Mobile role covering multiple sites in West/North Yorkshire.

Parallel offers short work experience placements to develop employability skills and introduce candidates to careers in interactive mapping, data visualisation, and bespoke software development.
