Manage commercial team, contracts, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, risk and supplier relationships. Drive bid pricing, margin improvement, contract mobilisation, KPI delivery, dispute resolution and continuous improvement to support growth and customer outcomes.

Manage delivery of regional construction projects across Yorkshire; lead project teams, resource and coordinate subcontractors, monitor performance, enforce health & safety and quality, ensure design and environmental compliance, maintain site presentation, communicate expectations, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams from pre-construction to completion, ensuring designs are compliant, buildable, sustainable and aligned with client requirements. Manage design programmes, drive value engineering, conduct buildability reviews, mitigate design risks, and support project teams with technical guidance.
