Support go-to-market activities from pitch preparation through account management, help position and sell the product to online retailers, analyze customer and operational data, improve internal workflows, and lead scaling projects. The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, German and English fluency, and enrollment in a relevant degree program.

Supports employees throughout onboarding and offboarding, maintains accurate HR data, prepares employment documentation, answers day-to-day People-related questions, and improves HR processes. The role also supports workplace operations through front-desk coverage, deliveries, office supplies, and events. It is a full-time, in-office position in Berlin four days per week, suitable for career starters and changers.

Research online retailers, contact customer service, e-commerce, and logistics teams through phone, email, and LinkedIn, uncover claims-related pain points, and book meetings for Account Executives. Maintain CRM activity records, work toward outreach and meeting targets, provide market feedback, and represent claim.me at trade shows and industry events.
