Manage and grow a portfolio of e-commerce accounts with a sales-driven focus. Own client relationships and support P&L, ensure SLA adherence, monitor KPIs, produce internal reporting, identify and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities from proposal to contract, and maintain high customer satisfaction through trust-based relationships.

The role involves owning the full sales cycle from pitch to closing, targeting online retailers, and selling recovered revenue solutions. The candidate will work closely with leadership and current sales members to maximize market capture and represent the company at events.

Design, build, and operate backend microservices that integrate carriers end-to-end. Implement event-driven pipelines (Kafka/SQS), ingest and normalise carrier events, design resilient third-party clients (REST, SOAP, EDI, SFTP), model data in MongoDB/MySQL, and deploy containerised services on Kubernetes in AWS.
