Manage and grow strategic e-commerce accounts, own P&L and SLAs, monitor KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, produce internal reports, and build long-term trust-based client relationships.

Lead the roadmap and delivery of AI & Automation initiatives: identify and prioritize scalable automation opportunities, design and implement solutions using low-code, scripts, and LLMs, measure business impact (OPEX, ROI), and drive adoption across teams through stakeholder engagement and change support.

Manage and grow a portfolio of e-commerce accounts with a sales-driven focus. Own client relationships, support P&L, ensure SLA and KPI adherence, monitor customer satisfaction, and produce accurate reporting. Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities through proposal to contract, developing trust-based relationships to drive retention and growth.
