Support lead teacher to maintain a safe classroom, provide one-on-one and small-group instruction (literacy/math), prepare materials, track attendance and behavior, supervise students during activities and field trips, assume teacher responsibilities when absent, and participate in planning and professional development.

Perform routine general ledger tasks, reconciliations, and financial report preparation under supervision. Support accounts payable, deposits, payroll review, audit preparation, and maintain audit trails. Partner with internal customers, document processes, and recommend process improvements.

Administer Paycom payroll and employee demographic data, manage new-hire setup and compliance, support recruiting and payroll inquiries, issue contracts and personnel updates, assist audits, and provide HR administrative support and training.

Lead finance and operations for Seton Catholic Schools, overseeing budgeting, compliance, audits, cash flow, and finance/accounting teams. Develop systems, partner with leaders and stakeholders, drive strategic and tactical plans, manage vendors, and recruit and develop staff to meet financial and operational objectives for the school network.

Provide clerical and administrative support for the Community Learning Center: manage membership registration and records, collect fees, maintain data management system and reports, perform monthly audits, answer phones and greet guests, support staff with requisitions and supplies, enforce site rules, maintain radio contact with security, and participate in required trainings.

Serve as the instructional leader supporting the principal to improve classroom practice, coach teachers, manage assessments and professional development, infuse Catholic faith into school culture, engage families and parish, and drive data-informed academic growth across the school.
