Support planning and running inclusive youth development programs for K-8 students focusing on health, bullying prevention, SEL, leadership, and safe supervision. Track attendance and progress, engage families and community partners, follow child-safety policies, attend trainings, and foster supportive relationships that promote member empowerment and skill-building.

Manages the school office, including student information systems, enrollment and registration, records, compliance reporting, family communications, medical records, purchasing, cash collection, nutrition program support, and front-office operations. Supports recruitment events, school communications, special projects, and school leadership while maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

Supports lead teachers in maintaining a safe classroom, reinforcing academic and social expectations, and providing individualized or small-group literacy and math instruction. Prepares materials, tracks attendance and grades, documents student progress, supervises students across school activities, assists with parent communication, participates in lesson planning, and assumes classroom leadership when the teacher is absent.
