Leads and supports youth programming for K-8 students, including health, hygiene, social-emotional learning, bullying prevention, conflict resolution, academic, arts, and physical education activities. Plans and implements curricula, fosters leadership and supportive relationships, maintains a safe and inclusive environment, tracks attendance and participation, engages families and community partners, and follows school safety and child-protection policies. The role is part-time and requires travel between schools.

Provides administrative support for a K-8 school office, including student information system data entry, attendance reconciliation, enrollment paperwork, family relations, visitor management, medical records, mail distribution, purchasing support, field trips, and general office operations. The role also supports recruitment events, school communications, meal service, and compliance-related procedures.

Leads non-instructional school operations, including office administration, staffing, compliance, student records, enrollment, purchasing, budgeting, finance, food services, facilities, safety, inventory, and operational systems. Supervises office and operations staff, coordinates audits and emergency procedures, supports hiring and time reporting, and partners with principals, parish leaders, and network teams to improve school effectiveness.
