Monitor system performance, investigate Level 1 alerts, resolve incidents, escalate critical issues, document outages, and support root-cause reviews. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on network and system issues. Improve alert rules and build operational dashboards while participating in 12-hour rotating day and night shifts and on-call support.

Supports the creation, preparation, publishing, and management of sports video content across digital platforms. Responsibilities include contributing content ideas, monitoring production workflows, uploading and reviewing videos in a CMS, checking titles, descriptions, and thumbnails, identifying sports content opportunities, and preparing basic reports. The role requires strong English and Russian skills, sports knowledge, attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork. Basic Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro knowledge is preferred.

Create engaging short-form sports videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities include generating content ideas, filming and editing mobile video, maintaining brand consistency, monitoring trends, collaborating with marketing and production teams, growing the online community, and using performance insights to improve future content.
