Lead accurate and timely IFRS financial reporting, execute month-end close, prepare P&L and cash flow statements, support consolidation and budgeting, analyze costs and variances, manage contracts and AR, assist external audits, maintain license and accrual registers, and liaise with counterparties for multi-party reporting.

Plan, execute, and analyze lifecycle CRM campaigns (onboarding, activation, conversion, reactivation). Manage marketing automation, loyalty programmes, audience segmentation, A/B tests, and campaign reporting. Coordinate with Design, Data, and Content teams, improve digital communication channels, and maintain data quality to drive engagement and revenue.

Own and grow Matchday's B2B commercial presence in Kazakhstan by identifying and closing partnerships with travel agents, concierge services, DMCs, MICE and corporate clients. Manage accounts, sales pipeline and targets, coordinate with HQ and operations, advise on market positioning and pricing, represent the brand at industry events, and ensure smooth fulfilment, payments and CRM record-keeping.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, record primary accounting documents in Dynamics 365/Navision, perform banking and AR/AP tasks, prepare tax declarations and reports, record international transactions and contracts, support audits, and ensure compliance with Georgian tax law and IFRS.

Drive commercial growth across multiple markets by sourcing new partners, building pipelines, securing sponsorships and partnerships for Setanta Sports, RKENA and MATCHDAY, managing partner relationships, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet regional sales objectives.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS. Work with NoSQL databases, Redis and message queues; deploy on AWS/Azure using Docker and CI/CD. Create REST/GraphQL APIs, write automated tests, mentor teammates, and contribute to microservices and cloud-native architecture and documentation.
