Manage customer relationships and contractual compliance, prepare cost estimates and price quotes, analyze sales and bookings, support annual business planning, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production, delivery, and quality issues, and report product-line performance to leadership.

Perform toolroom and production machining: set up and operate manual and CNC mills/lathes, grinders; manufacture precision tooling and fixtures to tight tolerances; perform in-process and final inspections using precision metrology; troubleshoot machining issues and support production and engineering.

Perform manual and machine deburring and finishing of precision components, inspect parts using gauges and microscopes, adjust equipment and techniques to meet specifications, document production and TPM records, maintain parts counts and workspace, and report tolerance or quality issues to supervisors.
