Supports the Manufacturing Engineering team with process improvement, production data analysis, work instructions, manufacturing procedures, lean initiatives, and tooling, fixture, and equipment projects. Collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams in an aerospace and industrial manufacturing environment while gaining practical engineering experience.

Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize the company’s ERP system. Build workflows, scripts, automations, reports, dashboards, integrations, and data solutions; troubleshoot issues; conduct testing; support upgrades; and maintain documentation. The role collaborates with IT, vendors, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions while improving efficiency, data integrity, and reporting.
