Coordinates patient referrals and appointments with primary care providers, specialists, laboratories, patients, and caregivers. Tracks referral status, obtains consult notes, identifies care gaps, reinforces care plans, supports pre-visit preparation, and ensures referral loop closure in the EHR. Maintains accurate patient records, protects confidential information under HIPAA, communicates with care teams, and assists underserved and diverse populations.

Manage pediatric clinic operations by optimizing provider schedules, coordinating patient outreach and follow-ups, supporting care coordination, analyzing scheduling metrics, facilitating interdepartmental communication, and assisting the Medical Clinic Manager with workflow improvements and quality initiatives to improve access and patient-centered care.

Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy across the lifespan; conducts psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for ASD and ADHD using standardized tools; prepares clinical reports and treatment recommendations; collaborates with healthcare professionals; provides crisis intervention, psychoeducation, outreach, documentation, and culturally competent English- and Spanish-language care.
