Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy across the lifespan; conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for ASD and ADHD using standardized tools; write timely reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations; collaborate with medical providers; deliver culturally competent, bilingual (English/Spanish) care; participate in interdisciplinary planning, community outreach, crisis intervention, documentation in EHR, and ongoing professional development.

Maintain accurate financial records, process day-to-day transactions (AP/AR, expense reports, payroll, POs), post payments, reconcile accounts, assist audits and forecasts, prepare financial documents and reports, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and GAAP.

Provide outreach, screening, intensive case management, and care coordination for high-need Medi-Cal members. Develop and monitor patient-centered care plans, link members to medical, behavioral, social, educational services, complete documentation and reporting, ensure contract compliance, and engage community partners. Conduct field visits and use motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction approaches. Spanish fluency required.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, routine exams, in-office procedures, family planning, emergency interventions, patient education, recordkeeping, multidisciplinary coordination, adherence to clinical and legal protocols, and ongoing professional development.

Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive primary care under physician supervision in a busy community clinic. Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, treatments, medication management, patient education, documentation, emergency care, quality assurance, and collaborate with the care team while meeting productivity and compliance standards.

Provide dermatologic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment under physician supervision. Perform minor procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions), prescribe/manage medications, document in EHR, educate patients, coordinate referrals, maintain infection control and compliance, and participate in quality improvement within a community health clinic.

The Biller is responsible for generating accurate medical billing claims, verifying insurance, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining billing records. They ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate with insurance agencies.

The Finance Director will oversee financial operations, manage audits, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with various regulations, while leading the finance team.
