Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy; conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for ASD and ADHD using standardized tools; write diagnostic reports with treatment recommendations; collaborate with healthcare providers; document in EHR; provide crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and culturally competent services in English and Spanish.

Part-time, in-person role performing policy analysis, legislative monitoring, advocacy, and government relations to advance healthcare access for underserved populations. Prepares policy briefings, reports, talking points, and advocacy materials; coordinates meetings, site visits, Capitol Days, and stakeholder engagement; develops policy recommendations and tracks legislative and funding activity. Supports coalition-building, voter registration/civic engagement, and HIPAA-compliant communications.

Manage pediatric clinic operations by optimizing provider schedules, coordinating patient outreach and follow-ups, supporting care coordination, analyzing scheduling metrics, facilitating interdepartmental communication, and assisting the Medical Clinic Manager with workflow improvements and quality initiatives to improve access and patient-centered care.
