Partners with the CEO to translate strategy into priorities, coordinate global cross-functional initiatives, and drive execution. Leads strategic planning, executive meetings, operational reviews, accountability systems, dashboards, partnerships, special projects, and investor communications. Identifies operational risks, removes roadblocks, and supports executive hiring, fundraising, procurement, payroll technology, and large-scale development initiatives while strengthening leadership accountability and organizational performance.
