Partner with hiring managers and operations leadership, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, maintain ATS records, and support hiring surges for new builds and expansions. The role emphasizes strong candidate experience, compliance, stakeholder management, and efficient handling of multiple requisitions.

The Energy Planner manages energy usage in data centers, forecasts demand, tracks KPIs, and collaborates on energy efficiency initiatives while ensuring compliance and cost management.

The Controls Support Specialist - MQTT manages the deployment and validation of control systems in data centers, ensuring operational effectiveness through MQTT architectures, and supports integration and troubleshooting in critical infrastructure environments.
