Supports day-to-day site operations by staffing the security desk, validating visitors and vendors, creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, coordinating training, managing supplies, organizing audit documents, recording meeting minutes, and supporting client and financial reporting. The role works with site directors and administrators in a fast-paced data center environment.

Owns the global technical documentation control program across data center design, construction, commissioning, handoff, and operations. Establishes governance, standards, version control, quality assurance, and RFS documentation requirements. Audits as-built packages, integrates SharePoint documentation with InCommand, develops SOPs and MOPs, and supports asset, calibration, MTBF, and obsolescence tracking. Partners with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders to maintain accurate, complete, standardized technical records.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for data center technicians, engineers, managers, and chief engineers. Partner with hiring managers and operations leadership, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, maintain ATS records, and support hiring surges for new builds and expansions. The role emphasizes strong candidate experience, compliance, stakeholder management, and efficient handling of multiple requisitions.
