Source and prescreen technical and skilled-trades candidates for data center operations roles. Manage pipelines, interviews, candidate communications, offers, background checks, I-9 verification, preboarding, and ATS/HRIS data accuracy. Partner with hiring managers and site leaders on hiring plans, ramp-ups, reporting, and process improvements.

Lead the mobilization and operational readiness of new or acquired data centers. Develop governance, plans, acceptance criteria, and go-live milestones; coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers; validate infrastructure, documentation, systems, staffing, training, safety, compliance, emergency preparedness, and environmental requirements. Oversee handover into steady-state operations, including supplier governance, asset and telemetry integration, reporting, risk management, and early-life stabilization. The role requires significant travel, approximately 70%.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for data center technicians, engineers, managers, and chief engineers. Partner with hiring managers and operations leadership, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, maintain ATS records, and support hiring surges for new builds and expansions. The role emphasizes strong candidate experience, compliance, stakeholder management, and efficient handling of multiple requisitions.
