Provides direct care, supervision, encouragement, and workplace support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at job sites. Documents daily outcomes and billing records in the Timas system, builds relationships with employers and jobsite staff, monitors work performance, addresses behavioral concerns, and consults supervisors regarding progress. Requires a high school diploma, professional and disability-services experience, a valid Tennessee driver’s license, clean driving history, background, and drug screening.

Provide and coordinate wellness and adapted recreational programs for persons supported (PS), track progress and outcomes, supervise staff during events, maintain equipment and paperwork, coordinate community activities and trips, train direct support staff, and ensure compliance with state guidelines and facility policies.
