Process vendor invoices, prepare check runs and ACH payments, reconcile statements and credit cards, maintain vendor records, assist with month-end close and 1099s, provide morning front-office coverage and general administrative support.

Provide and coordinate wellness and adapted recreational programs for persons supported (PS), track progress and outcomes, supervise staff during events, maintain equipment and paperwork, coordinate community activities and trips, train direct support staff, and ensure compliance with state guidelines and facility policies.

Provide and monitor person-centered support plans for ECF and residential program participants. Complete and maintain required documentation, coordinate and document meetings, train staff on individual plans, conduct unannounced visits, assist with job development (ACRE), and provide direct support to members as needed while ensuring compliance with licensure, Medicaid waiver, and agency policies.
