Manage and develop an automotive sales team: hire, train, coach, set and track sales goals, support customers through vehicle selection and demonstrations, close deals, and provide ongoing staff mentorship to improve performance and customer service.

Handle initial client communications, respond to internet/phone/live chat inquiries, present basic product and financing information, schedule and follow up on sales appointments, maintain CRM records, and support team/process development.
