Lead and scale People Operations with stronger payroll governance, HRIS/payroll integrations, compliance, and AI-enabled automation. Manage a small team, build processes, controls, SLAs, documentation, reporting, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance and external advisors to prepare for multi-entity growth and audits.
